Lightning Talk Requirements
- 2,5 minutes oral presentation + printed poster (mandatory)
- First part of the session (30 or 45 min) will be presentations on stage, followed by discussions in front of your printed in the Poster area (45 min)

Oral Presentation Requirements
Oral abstract presentations should be 9 minutes long, followed by 3 minutes of questions.
- Upload slides in the Speaker Preview Room (Sala de Premsa) before the session
- All oral presentations (scientific and educational) must include a conflict-of-interest slide. Please see here for a Powerpoint template.
- Mac and Windows supported – PPTX, Keynote – screens set up for presentations in 16:9
- Check that videos, animations, graphics and equations display correctly after uploading
- Contact technical staff for specific needs
- Personal laptops are not allowed
- Be seated 15 minutes before session start
